What Fractured Skies is

Fractured Skies is a Minecraft prison server for Java Edition 1.21 and newer and for Bedrock Edition on port 19132. Everyone starts in Mine A with a stone pickaxe and no money. You mine, sell what you break, and buy the next rank letter with /rankup, through 26 mines to Z. At Z you can prestige: your rank goes back to A, your balance to zero, and you keep a permanent sell bonus. Gangs of up to eight players share a vault and a gang level. The server does not wipe between seasons, so ranks, prestige, balances and cosmetics stay yours. Each system has its own page in the prison guide.

Fractured Skies is not related to the "Fractured Sky" modpack on CurseForge, the "Fractured Sky" map, or the "Fractured Sky" world on the Minecraft Marketplace.

Who runs it

The staff post as the Fractured Skies Team in the news and on Discord. To reach them, open a ticket from the support page.

Fractured Skies started in 2026.

Why nothing in the store helps you mine

A prison server can sell speed: sell boosters, better pickaxes, cash and rank skips. Fractured Skies sells none of those and will not add them later. The store sells things other players can see and things that save you a walk:

  • chat tags and chat colours
  • particle trails and cosmetic pets that cannot fight, carry or mine
  • extra /sethome slots and player vaults
  • a priority queue when the server is full

Nobody can buy, gift or transfer a mine letter or a prestige level, so the number next to a player's name means the same thing for everyone. Every perk is listed on the store policy page.

How the server is run

  • The rules cover game chat, gang chat and every Discord channel. Public chat stays in English so staff can read it.
  • Staff answer tickets within 48 hours. A different staff member reviews each ban or mute appeal, within 72 hours in most cases.
  • Staff announce gameplay changes in Discord and on the news page before they go live.
  • Players must be 13 or older. Anyone under 18 needs a parent's permission to buy from the store.

What comes next

The team plans private mines, a season pass and a public leaderboard page. None of them has a date yet, and progress updates go to Discord first.
