1. Who we are
Fractured Skies is a Minecraft server operated by Fractured Skies ("we", "us"). Fractured Skies is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. By joining the server, using this website, our Discord or the store, you agree to these terms and to the server rules.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything.
- You must use a legitimate Minecraft account and follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement.
- You are responsible for everything done on your account. Do not share accounts or passwords; staff will never ask for them.
3. Conduct and enforcement
The rules apply everywhere we operate. We may warn, mute, remove items from, suspend or ban any account that breaks them, or that we reasonably believe harms the server or its players, even where a situation is not listed in the rules.
4. Store purchases and virtual items
- Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, our reseller and merchant of record. Tebex's checkout terms also apply to your purchase, and Tebex handles billing, taxes and refunds.
- Ranks, cosmetics, gift cards and other virtual items are a limited, revocable licence to use a feature on Fractured Skies. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property.
- Items are delivered to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. Check the spelling before paying; purchases cannot be moved between accounts.
- The store sells no subscriptions. If one is added later, it renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Tebex payment portal and keep the perks until the end of the period you paid for.
- Nothing sold gives an unfair advantage over players who do not pay. We may rebalance, rename or replace perks to keep the game fair.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or PayPal: chargebacks reverse a completed payment, so the purchased items are removed and the account may be suspended while the dispute is open.
6. Wipes, rollbacks and changes to the game
Fractured Skies does not wipe between seasons: ranks, prestige, balances and cosmetics carry over. Mines refill on a timer, which does not touch your progress. We may roll back specific items, balances or accounts to undo an exploit or a bug, and we announce gameplay changes before they go live where we can.
7. Real-money trading
Selling or buying accounts, in-game items or currency for real money or anything outside Fractured Skies is not allowed and leads to a permanent ban without refund.
8. Content you share
You keep ownership of what you create, but you allow us to display, record and share builds, chat and posts made on our services (for example in trailers, screenshots and news posts), and to remove anything that breaks the rules.
9. Availability and liability
The server, website and store are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and significant changes are announced in Discord. Continuing to use Fractured Skies after a change means you accept the updated terms.
