Fractured Skies operates Fractured Skies and is responsible for protecting players' personal data. Mojang and Microsoft are not involved in running this server and do not receive data from it.
1. Data we collect
- When you play: Minecraft username and UUID, IP address, connection times, client version, chat messages and commands, gameplay statistics, and moderation records (reports, warnings, bans).
- When you buy: Tebex collects your payment details, email and billing country. We receive your Minecraft username, the items bought, the amount, and a transaction ID. We never see full card numbers.
- When you contact us: the messages, screenshots and contact details you send in tickets, email or Discord.
- When you visit this website: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. The site stores small preferences in your browser (for example which vote links you opened today) that never leave your device.
2. Why we use it
- To run the server and deliver purchases (performance of our agreement with you).
- To keep players safe: detecting cheating, ban evasion, fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).
- To answer support requests and appeals (legitimate interests).
- To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
3. Services that receive data
- Tebex Limited processes store payments as merchant of record under its own privacy policy.
- mcstatus.io is called by your browser to show the live player count; it receives your IP address and the server address. If it reports the server offline, mc-api.net is asked the same question.
- Discord is called by your browser to show the online member count, and processes data under its own policy if you join our server.
- mc-heads.net serves skin renders for public Minecraft usernames shown on this site.
- Our hosting providers store server and website data on our behalf.
4. How long we keep it
Gameplay data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last login. Chat logs are kept for 90 days unless attached to a report. Moderation records for serious violations and purchase records are kept for as long as needed to enforce bans and meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for transactions).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us with your Minecraft username. We may keep data needed to enforce an active ban, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
Fractured Skies is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under that age has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes and announce significant changes in Discord.
